How much will my website cost?

Every web site that we design is unique. Many variables have to be considered when determining the cost of each project:

How much information (how many pages) will be included in the site.
Will you need assistance developing copy or is it already written.
Will you require artwork, photos or graphics or will you provide your own.
Would you like your website to include user forms.
How much do you have budgeted for your website.

Having said all of that, we bid projects based on a fee of $50/hour.

How long will it take for my website to be completed?

The time it takes to complete a web design project will vary depending on how much information you want to include in your website. Beginning the design project with a budget, detailed outline and page descriptions will expedite the process.

How many pages should be included in my website?

This will depend on how much and what kind of information about your business you would like to present. KMS Web Design website contains the basic pages that most businesses would need to include in their website:

Home: This page is the first impression that you will make on your customers or clients. This is the place to showcase the purpose of your business.
About: On this page you may give a brief history and summarize what your business entails.
Services: A clear and detailed description of your products and/or services is an important aspect of your website.
Contact: Include name, address, phone, fax, e-mail address. You may also wish to add an interactive contact form.

Do I need to provide my own photos and artwork?

You may provide your own photos, graphics or artwork, especially if you want your website to match your business card, newsletter, brochure or other publication. KMS can provide photos and graphics. Many of the photographs and illustrations we used are purchased from iStock Photo.

How do I get a domain name?

You may choose your own domain name (usually your business name or a variation of it) and we can register it for you.
